IPP was founded by senior project professionals who built their careers across the full delivery ecosystem — working with owners, EPCM teams, engineering providers, and contractors. Its establishment in Latin America responds to the need to fill the gap given by limited access to independent and technically capable advisory and controls capacity, in response to the complexity and pace of large capital investments.
The firm was built around a core belief: the most valuable project advice comes from people who have held personal accountability for delivery.
